Chief Instructor
John McLauchlan 3rd Dan
John began karate and martial arts training back in 1983 aged 12 years old with the SKI (Shotokan Karate International) earning his black belt 4 years later aged 16.
Over that time he's had numerous championship successes in both Kata and Kumite. However, John favours honest, hard Karate training, the development of Budo and one's own spirit. He is a member of the AMA national karate squad, and as an instructor he is committed to the development of Fudoshin students.
John spent nine years in the Police Force as an Officer and taught fellow colleagues martial arts and self defence. He is a qualified trainer in personal protection and self defence techniques which means that Fudoshin Karate students have the ability to learn not only traditional karate, but learn how to use karate effectively on the street to avoid confrontations and efficiently deal with them in our modern day society.
John is a qualified instructor & coach, fully insured and Criminal Records Bureau checked.

She is ex-british forces, and is well known for her excellent fighting spirit and her abilities in all areas of karate training.
Allison is an excellent communicator and motivator for all Fudoshin Karate students, a fully qualified coach and CRB checked.
