Sensei Alistair Mitchell 7th Dan is attending Toll Bar Academy in New Waltham for an all grades karate course, organised by JKI England.

Sensei Alistair Mitchell 7th Dan is an outstanding karateka, and several times a world kumite champion beating the Japanese in Tokyo aged 55, Sensei Mitchell is well known for his explosive style and spirit in the dojo.
On Sunday 30th October at Toll Bar Academy, Sensei Mitchell is holding an all grades course organised by Sensei Paul Barron of the JKIE (Satori Martial Arts) and is well worth your attendance.
Course details are as follows:
All Grades - 11am to 12.30pm
5th Kyu and above - 13.30pm to 2pm
If you would like to attend the course fees are £15 per session or £20 both sessions.
