About Us
Fudoshin Karate was established in 2005 by Chief Instructor John McLauchlan covering Karate and Martial Arts training in North East Lincolnshire where students learn traditional Shotokan Karate-Do. Our training dojos are located at Toll Bar BEC in New Waltham and Immingham Sports Centre, Immingham.
We are dedicated to making your martial arts experience enjoyable and educational. With Fudoshin Karate you can learn karate and earn a real black belt and benefit from the many benefits that our students enjoy.
We will help you develop real tangible life skills and have a comprehensive personal development programme in place to track your development with access to the Fudoshin Members online and offline training resources.
Traditional Shotokan Karate that we teach at Fudoshin, is steeped in tradition and values, however we take a pragmatic approach to our training which means that we follow the traditional way of karate while integrating developments in modern sciences, and seek ways to constantly excite and enthuse our students.
Fudoshin Karate host special courses throughout the year, hold grading examinations every 3 months, and attend regional and national championships for those students looking to test thier new skills.
Fudoshin Karate is also actively involved with the local community, working with schools to teach and promote self defence and awareness for school puipls in the North East Lincolnshire area, and raise money for their charity, the St. Andrews Childrens Hospice for terminally ill children.
Our motivation is ensuring that every student can develop their maximum potential, and our instructors are always ready to help.
